1 Red Onion(Cut Diagonally)
1 Carrot(Cut Diagonally)
8 Garlic Clove(Minced)
1 Tbsp Oregano
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Tsp Salt

1 Pack CIRIO Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes Onion and Garlic
1 Tbsp Colavita Premium Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
- Heat up the Colavita Premium Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pot, add the beef inside and saute until fragrant. Then add the minced garlic clove and saute again.
- Add the onion, carrot, celery into the pot and saute until fragrant. Then add the CIRIO Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes, black pepper powder, water, bay leaves, rock sugar and salt, and bring it to a boil. Turn it to low heat, and stew for 1 hour. Lastly, add the oregano inside. Ready to serve.
