Steamed Poke Bowl
21/2 cups Cooked short grain rice
4 pcs Mushrooms
6 stalks Asparagus
3 pcs Radish tops (thinly sliced)
50g Corn kernels
120g Salmon (bite size cubes)
100g Prawns (cubed)
4 Tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
½ Tsp Black pepper
White sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions (optional)

- Divide the rice equally into 2 bowls.
- Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing till well combined. Set aside
- Arrange the vegetables and protein onto the rice bowl and drizzle evenly with the dressing.
- Steam on high heat for 8 minutes, garnish and serve immediately.
