2 eggs
1/2 cup of 137 degrees Pistachio Milk Original
2 slices of thick bread
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of salt
5 fresh strawberries
1 handful of fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons of roasted pistachio
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions
- Stir eggs and mix them with vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and 137 degrees Pistachio Milk Original. Blend the ingredients thoroughly. Pour the well-mixed ingredients on a plate. Put the bread crumbs and roasted pistachio on another plate.
- Prepare the bread slices to be mixed thoroughly with the egg mixture before being mixed thoroughly with the bread crumbs and pistachios.
- Heat up a pan with low heat. Put olive oil in the pan so that the bread slices are grilled until they turn yellowish brown and the egg is cooked. Scoop the slices into a dish and pour some maple syrup on them. Garnish the whole dish with strawberries and blueberries and sprinkle roasted pistachio on top before serving.
*Tip: It is recommended to soak the bread slices in egg mixture for about 10 seconds on each side. If leaving too long, the bread slices will turn mushy and not look appealing.
