Directions

  1. Put banana in a hot-air oven and bake at a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes (using a multi-purpose grill is optional).
  2. Put the baked banana in a hot food bag. Press each piece of banana neatly.
  3. Prepare syrup by blending all the remaining ingredients into a pot and simmer with low heat until sauce becomes thick.
  4. Pour the syrup over the banana. Get ready to serve.

Tip: It is always recommended to use half ripe bananas as they will not be mushy when being baked and pressed. Aside from the deliciousness, the half ripe bananas can also be used to heal gastritis efficiently.
