  1. Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce mixture until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Arrange all the vegetable, fruits and beans on a large platter, coordinating the colour contrast.
  3. Arrange the tossing ingredients in separate containers around the Yee Sang platter.
