50g coconut oil

75g brown sugar

1 Tbsp golden syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp baking soda

3 Tbsp EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened Yogurt

⅓ cup plain flour

⅓ cup rolled oats

⅓ cup dried cranberries

2 ¾ cups Cheerios

Turn your favourite cereal into a delicious lunch box filler! These crunchy, chewy biscuits are the perfect excuse to eat breakfast at any time of the day

We used cranberries and Cheerios in this recipe – but don’t be afraid to get creative and make this recipe your own!


  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Combine coconut oil, brown sugar and golden syrup in a medium sized saucepan.  Place on a low heat and stir until just melted.  Take off the heat and add the baking soda, vanilla extract and yogurt and stir until combined.
  • Add the flour, oats, cranberries and Cheerios and stir until well coated.
  • Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Spoon cookies onto the trays.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden.
  • Remove the biscuits from the oven and slide them off the tray and allow to cool on the baking paper. Store in an airtight container.
