Started from a Mother's Love
Margaret Rudkin had never baked her entire life. One day, the doctor told her that her youngest son's allergies and asthma meant that he could only eat freshly baked whole wheat bread with no preservatives. So she did what any mother would do and starting baking. The rest is history.
